For just over one year, Shanghai was my home. It was where I slept every night, bought and cooked my groceries, and went for many of the epically-meandering walks that have become a signature part of my life. This body of work explores the process of trying to find one's place in an intensely impersonal urban environment through a reevaluation of the space through which one navigates.

These images represent a selection from the larger project. A publication of the full project will be made available later in 2017, as well as select images as limited-edition prints.
